I Fucking HATE Russell Crowe

As you may or may not know, I'm a huge Bill Hicks fan. So the news that one of my least favorite actors Russell Crowe will be playing Bill Hicks in an upcoming Ron Howard (god, if Crowe wasn't bad enough) directed feature on the life and times of Bill Hicks has hit a sore spot. Granted, the project is still only getting developed, so here's to hoping that it doesn't pull through. Nonetheless, I think the following excerpt from a South Park episode that features Russell Crowe in "Fighting Around the World" is some sort of consolation for this, well, horrible news:





By the way, if you haven't already listened to/seen Bill Hicks' work, I'd recommend that you start with Rant in E Minor, which is probably my favorite Bill Hicks record. I've uploaded it here if anyone's interested.
